The LPC1830FET256 is a 32-bit ARM Cortex-M3 microcontroller with 200 kB of on-chip SRAM, featuring a quad SPI Flash Interface (SPIFI), two high-speed USB controllers, 10/100 Ethernet MAC with IEEE 1588 support, an LCD controller, and an external memory controller. It operates at up to 180 MHz and includes a Memory Protection Unit, Nested Vectored Interrupt Controller, and enhanced debug support via JTAG and Serial Wire Debug. The device is packaged in a 256-ball LBGA package measuring 17 × 17 × 1 mm. It supports single 3.3 V (2.2 V to 3.6 V) operation, four low-power modes, and a battery-backed RTC domain.
