The HIP2101EIB is an 8-lead EPSOIC package half-bridge gate driver designed for driving N-Channel MOSFETs in high-frequency applications. It supports a 100V bus voltage with a bootstrap diode rated to 114V and features independently controlled high-side and low-side drivers matched to 13ns. The device includes undervoltage protection on both supplies, TTL/CMOS-compatible inputs, and a peak output current of 2A. Thermal performance is enhanced by an exposed pad connected to ground.
