It integrates a gallium arsenide LED and silicon phototransistor in an 8-pin surface mount DIP package, providing 5000 Vrms isolation and operating from -40°C to +85°C. The device has a maximum temperature coefficient of 50 ppm/°C, a bandwidth of 50 kHz, and common mode transient immunity of 1.0 kV/µs. It is certified under UL E90700 and CSA 1296837.
