The FDMS2504SDC is a dual Cool™ PowerTrench® SyncFET™ N-channel MOSFET designed for synchronous rectification in DC/DC converters and telecom applications. It is packaged in an 8-PQFN (5x6 mm) surface-mount format with top-side cooling. The device has a drain-to-source voltage rating of 25 V, a continuous drain current of 49 A limited by the package, and a maximum on-resistance of 1.25 mΩ at 10 V gate drive and 32 A drain current. It features a monolithic Schottky body diode and is RoHS compliant. Thermal resistance is 2.6 °C/W from junction to top case and 1.2 °C/W from junction to bottom case. The operating junction and storage temperature range is -55 °C to +150 °C.
