The FDMS0349 is an N-channel PowerTrench MOSFET designed for high-efficiency DC/DC conversion in applications such as VRM and notebook Vcore switching. It is packaged in a Power 56 footprint with a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 30 V and a continuous drain current of 14 A at 25 °C. The device features a maximum on-resistance of 8 mΩ at 10 V gate drive and 13 mΩ at 4.5 V gate drive. It includes enhanced body diode technology for soft reverse recovery, with a reverse recovery time of 23 to 37 ns at 14 A and 100 A/µs.
