The FDMC86320 is an N-channel Power Trench MOSFET designed for high-efficiency DC/DC conversion and synchronous rectification. It features an 80 V drain-to-source voltage rating, a continuous drain current of 22 A at 25 °C case temperature, and a maximum on-resistance of 11.7 mΩ at 10 V gate drive. Packaged in an MLP 3.3x3.3 surface-mount case, it has a thermal resistance from junction to case of 3.1 °C/W and operates from -55 °C to 150 °C junction temperature. The device is RoHS compliant and meets MSL1 moisture sensitivity requirements.
