The FDMC0202S is an N-channel Power Trench SyncFET designed for efficient synchronous rectification in DC/DC converters and low-side switching in notebook and networking power supply applications. It is packaged in a Power 33 package with dimensions of 5 mm x 6 mm. The device has a maximum drain-to-source voltage of 25 V, a continuous drain current of 40 A (package-limited), and a maximum on-resistance of 3.15 mΩ at 10 V gate drive. It features a monolithic Schottky body diode with a forward voltage of 0.47 V at 2 A, and a junction temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. Thermal resistance from junction to case is 2.4°C/W. The part is RoHS compliant and 100% UIL tested.
