The RW1450 is a custom welding cell designed by RobotWorx. The RW1450 includes a headstock / tailstock positioner and a stationary work table. These positioners are 53 inches apart and can handle a payload of up to 450kg each. The stationary work table comes in sizes of 2' x 5' or 2' x 8'. A variety of medium reach reconditioned robot arms will fit into the RW1450, such as the Motoman UP6 XRC, Fanuc Arc Mate 100i, Fanuc Arc Mate 120i,bsp;or thebsp;Panasonic VR6GII. This custom workcell is sold as a complete system with safety equipmentbsp;such asbsp;light curtains, fencing, and automatic doors for operator protection when loading and unloading parts. Most components of the system can be adapted to fit individual needs
