The OTC MRV-6 is a six-axis welding robot designed to enhance productivity and weld quality. The rugged construction of the robot arm assured smooth operation and repeatable welds. The closed-loop absolute encoders of the OTC MRV-6 allow for maximum accuracy and the mechanical wrist is designed for unrestricted torch positions. The control cables of the MRV-6 are routed inside to arm to avoid interference. Other features include a built-in torch shock sensor, symmetrical wrist, and multiple mounting capabilities. The control system of the OTC MRV-6 allows for direct input data for easy programming.
