RobotWorx Motoman ES200D Robot

Motoman's ES200D spot welding robot offers a higher payload capacity than the smaller ES165D robot. A 200kg maximum payload capacity requires a powerful build, and this robot delivers. Not willing to sacrifice quality for size, Motoman developed the ES200D robot to feature both. Its repeatability of 0.2mm and maximum motion range remain unchanged from the ES165D robot. Power and utility cables are kept in place with cable harnesses and routed through the robot body to reduce maintenance costs and increase weld quality and reliability. The Motoman ES200D robot performs more than just spot welding. Material handling, press tending, and other industrial applications can also be automated by this robot. The DX100 controller for the ES series robots can control up to eight robots at a time and follows ANDI/RIA 15.06-1999 and other important safety standards.
