RobotWorx Motoman ArcWorld 6000 Workcell

Description
The Motoman ArcWorld 6000 features a single robot on a riser and a headstock / tailstock (HS/TS) part positioner.bsp; Robots such as the Motoman UP6 or UP20 are ideal for this workcell. This fully integrated robotic welding cell includes one mid-range robot arm, HS/TS ferris wheel part positioner, welding package, operator station and interface, and total safety environment. bsp;A second robot can be added to make this the ArcWorld 6200 workcell. The MRM2 dual ferris wheel positioner can handle 250kg per side and allows an operator to safely load and unload parts away from the robot work envelope. bsp;The MRM2 can be coordinated with the robot arm through the robot controller for infinite part positioning. There are several options available for the HS/TS positioner. There are two basic configurations: a single-motor drive and a three-motor drive with an X-beam. Some models feature the basic faceplate fixture mounting, while others have the MotoMount option. The Motomount fixturing option reduces costs and allows for variance in HS/TS alignment
