RISH Relay V/Hz is a three-phase line monitoring relay designed to protect against over voltage, under voltage, phase unbalance, phase failure, and over/under frequency conditions. It features a 4-digit 7-segment LED display, True RMS measurement up to the 15th harmonic, and dual-color LED fault indication. The relay provides two changeover contacts (1CO+1CO) and operates with an external auxiliary supply of 60-300 V AC/DC. It supports on-site programming of voltage and frequency thresholds, phase sequence, and reset modes. Compliance is declared to IEC 61010-1-2010 for safety and IEC 61326-1 for EMC. The device incorporates fault storage for the last 15 events and configurable AND logic for trip conditions.
