Advanced CMOS Image Sensor, ultra-high resolution input lens, new configuration of control electronics, new algorithms of image processing and scanner calibration, the talent and experience of our engineers - all this made it possible to create a device with a unique combination of resolution, speed, field of view and accuracy.
Distinctive features of new Series scanners:
Resolution - 4600 points per profile without interpolation;
Rate (full FOV) - 1200 Hz (up to 1900 Hz soon);
ROI rate - 6000 Hz (up to 8000 Hz soon);
Full compatibility with RF62x Series scanners and common web interface for scanners configuration.

0 in the series is developed by order of our partner and is intended for scanning and searching for surface defects of large-barrel metal sheets moving along the conveyor. The system itself will include 32 scanners located around the conveyor.
