The RT8008-25GB is a high-efficiency PWM step-down DC/DC converter designed to deliver up to 600mA output current with an input voltage range of 2.5V to 5.5V. The device features an internal synchronous rectifier that eliminates the need for an external Schottky diode, thereby reducing conduction losses.
