The RT7238DGQUF is a synchronous step-down converter designed for efficient voltage regulation in various applications. It operates within an input voltage range of 8V to 23V and can deliver an output current of up to 8A. The device features an advanced constant on-time (ACOT,Ñ¢) control mode, which ensures fast transient response and allows for the use of all MLCC output capacitors. The output voltage is adjustable from 0.6V to 5V for the RT7238D variant, while the RT7238B and RT7238C provide fixed outputs of 3.3V and 5V, respectively. This product includes several protective features such as cycle-by-cycle over-current protection, input under-voltage lockout, thermal shutdown, and output over/under-voltage protection.
