The RT6276BHGQUF is a synchronous step-down DC-DC converter capable of delivering up to 6A of output current. It operates within an input voltage range of 4.5V to 23V and provides an adjustable output voltage from 0.6V to 6V. The device utilizes Advanced Constant On-Time (ACOT®) control, which allows for ultrafast transient response and eliminates the need for external compensation components. This regulator features built-in low RDS(ON) power MOSFETs for improved efficiency and includes protections such as input under-voltage lockout, output under-voltage protection with hiccup mode, and output over-voltage protection with auto-recovery. The RT6276B operates in Forced PWM mode, ensuring tight voltage regulation accuracy.
