RFID, Inc. is a privately held C Corporation incorporated in the State of Nevada, maintaining its production and administration offices in Aurora Colorado (a suburb of Denver), with offsite employees located in Southern California, Houston Texas, and Southeast Alabama. Financial Status - RFID, Inc. is debt free, cash flow positive, and profitable each and every year. History - The predecessor to RFID, Inc. was The Telsor Corporation, established in 1984 by 3 executives who left a company named Identification Devices Inc. (IDI), which later became IDI Destron, aka Destron Fearing, and eventually Digital Angel. Portions of IDI were also acquired by Hughes under the name HID, and has since been acquired by ASSA Abloy. Our two current owners, meet the owners and key personnel, were in the employ of Telsor for 8 years each before acquiring Telsor's chief assets and reforming in 1997 as RFID, Inc. Although particularly adept at engineering and developing new RFID products to customer specifications, RFID, Inc. also offers an in depth and wide variety of off the shelf RFID hardware with distribution and representation throughout the world.
