The X9317TPI is a digitally controlled potentiometer featuring a low noise and low power design. It includes a resistor array with 99 resistive elements and offers 100 wiper tap points, which can be controlled via a 3-wire serial interface (CS, U/D, INC). The wiper position can be stored in nonvolatile memory, allowing it to be recalled after power loss. This device operates within a supply voltage range of 2.7V to 5.5V and has a standby current of less than 5µA, making it suitable for low-power applications.
