The QS3384PAG8 is a high-speed CMOS 10-bit bus switch designed for industrial applications, operating within a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. It features enhanced N-channel FETs with no inherent diode to Vcc, providing low ON resistance of approximately 5Oc, which allows for bidirectional connections between inputs and outputs without introducing propagation delay or ground bounce. This device includes two enable controls for independent operation of two banks of five switches each. It is suitable for applications such as hot-swapping, voltage translation (5V to 3.3V), power conservation, capacitance reduction, isolation, bus isolation, and clock gating. The QS3384PAG8 is available in QSOP and TSSOP packages, making it versatile for various design requirements.
