The NP80N04PLG-E1-AY is an N-channel power MOSFET in a TO-263 (MP-25ZP) package, designed for high-current switching applications. It has a drain-to-source voltage rating of 40 V, a continuous drain current of ±80 A, and a pulsed drain current of ±300 A. The device features a maximum on-state resistance of 4.5 mΩ at VGS = 10 V and ID = 40 A, and 8.7 mΩ at VGS = 4.5 V and ID = 35 A.
