ISL9016IRUWGZ-T is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator capable of delivering up to 150mA on each output channel. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 1.8V to 6.5V and features a low quiescent current of 49µA when one LDO is enabled and 80µA when both are active. The device exhibits a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 80dB at 1kHz and 45dB at 1MHz, ensuring stable output voltage with minimal noise. The ISL9016IRUWGZ-T is designed for stability with output capacitance ranging from 1µF to 4.7µF and an equivalent series resistance (ESR) of up to 200mOc. It includes features such as separate enable controls for each LDO, output current limiting, overheat protection, and reverse current protection. The regulator is packaged in a compact 1.6mm x 1.6mm 6-lead µTDFN package, making it suitable for space-constrained applications like portable devices, cell phones, and medical handhelds.
