Renesas Electronics Corporation Voltage Regulators - Linear ISL9014IRNNZ

The ISL9014IRNNZ is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed to provide two outputs of 300mA each. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low quiescent current of 45¬µA when both outputs are active. The device is stable with output capacitance ranging from 1¬µF to 10¬µF and has a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz, making it suitable for low noise applications. The regulator includes separate enable pins for each output, allowing for independent control, and features a soft-start function to limit inrush current during activation. It also incorporates protection mechanisms such as current limiting and thermal shutdown. The ISL9014IRNNZ is housed in a compact 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN package and operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. This product is not recommended for new designs, with a suggested replacement being the ISL9014A.
