Renesas Electronics Corporation Voltage Regulators - Linear ISL9014AIRFDZ

The ISL9014AIRFDZ is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., capable of delivering 300mA from each output. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low quiescent current of 45¬µA when both outputs are active. The device is designed for high performance with a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz and excellent load regulation of less than 1% across the full load current range. The ISL9014AIRFDZ supports output voltages of 2.5V and 2.0V, with additional options available upon request. It is stable with output capacitance ranging from 1¬µF to 10¬µF and can handle equivalent series resistance (ESR) up to 200mOc. The regulator includes separate enable pins for each LDO, a soft-start feature to limit input current during activation, and built-in current limit and overheat protection. The device is packaged in a compact 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN package and operates within a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C, making it suitable for various portable and handheld applications.
