The ISL9012IRKCZ-T is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd. It provides two output channels, capable of sourcing 150mA from Channel 1 and 300mA from Channel 2. The device operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low quiescent current of 45¬µA when both LDOs are active. It is designed for high performance with a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 70dB at 1kHz and excellent load regulation of 1% across the full range of load current. The ISL9012IRKCZ-T includes a programmable power-on-reset (POR) function for the VO2 output, adjustable by connecting a timing capacitor to the CPOR pin. It supports output capacitance from 1¬µF to 10¬µF with an equivalent series resistance (ESR) of up to 200mOc, ensuring stability. The device also features separate enable pins for each LDO, allowing for independent control, and a shutdown mode that reduces current draw to less than 0.1¬µA.
