The ISL9000IRLLZ-T is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed to provide two outputs of 300mA each. It operates with a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low quiescent current of 42¬µA when both outputs are active. The device offers excellent load regulation with less than 0.1% voltage change across the full load current range and a very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB at 1kHz, making it suitable for noise-sensitive applications.
