The ISL9000IRLLZ-T is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed to provide two outputs of 300mA each. It operates with a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low quiescent current of 42¬µA when both outputs are active. The device offers excellent load regulation with less than 0.1% voltage change across the full load current range and a very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB at 1kHz, making it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. Each output has an individual power-on-reset (POR) function, with a fixed delay of approximately 2ms for one output and an externally programmable delay for the other. The LDO is stable with output capacitance ranging from 1¬µF to 10¬µF and can handle equivalent series resistance (ESR) up to 200mOc. The device is packaged in a compact 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN package and operates within a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. It includes features such as soft-start, current limit, and overheat protection, making it a robust choice for portable devices, including smartphones and handheld instruments.
