The ISL9000IRKCZ-T is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., capable of sourcing 300mA from each output. It operates with a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low dropout voltage of approximately 200mV at 300mA. The device has a very low quiescent current of 42µA when both LDOs are active and less than 0.1µA in shutdown mode. It offers excellent load regulation with less than 0.1% voltage change across the full load current range and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB at 1kHz, making it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. The ISL9000IRKCZ-T includes individual power-on-reset (POR) functions for each output, with a fixed delay of approximately 2ms for VO1 and an externally programmable delay for VO2. It is stable with output capacitance ranging from 1µF to 10µF and can handle equivalent series resistance (ESR) up to 200mΩ. The device is packaged in a compact 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN package and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. This regulator is ideal for applications in portable devices such as PDAs, cell phones, and handheld instruments.
