Renesas Electronics Corporation Voltage Regulators - Linear ISL9000IRKCZ-T

The ISL9000IRKCZ-T is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., capable of sourcing 300mA from each output. It operates with a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low dropout voltage of approximately 200mV at 300mA. The device has a very low quiescent current of 42¬µA when both LDOs are active and less than 0.1¬µA in shutdown mode. It offers excellent load regulation with less than 0.1% voltage change across the full load current range and a high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB at 1kHz, making it suitable for noise-sensitive applications. The ISL9000IRKCZ-T includes individual power-on-reset (POR) functions for each output, with a fixed delay of approximately 2ms for VO1 and an externally programmable delay for VO2. It is stable with output capacitance ranging from 1¬µF to 10¬µF and can handle equivalent series resistance (ESR) up to 200mOc. The device is packaged in a compact 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN package and operates over a temperature range of -40¬8C to +85¬8C. This regulator is ideal for applications in portable devices such as PDAs, cell phones, and handheld instruments.
