The ISL89165FRTCZ is a high-speed, dual-channel 6A MOSFET driver with enable inputs, housed in an 8-lead 3x3 mm TDFN package with an exposed pad for thermal performance. It features non-inverting and inverting input configurations with VDD-proportional logic thresholds, 20ns rise and fall times driving a 10nF load, and a typical ON-resistance of less than 1Ω. The device operates from 4.5V to 16V and supports a -40°C to +125°C temperature range. Thermal impedance is 3°C/W, and the output stage prevents shoot-through with non-overlapping drive circuits. The exposed pad must be connected to the PCB ground plane for proper operation.
