The ISL89165FRTBZ-T is a high-speed, dual-channel MOSFET driver capable of delivering peak currents of 6A. It features dual AND-ed input logic, allowing for flexible control with enable inputs. The device has a typical ON-resistance of less than 1Oc and specified Miller plateau drive currents, which enhance its performance in various applications. It exhibits very low thermal impedance (O?JC = 3¬8C/W) and supports hysteretic input logic levels compatible with 3.3V CMOS, 5V CMOS, and TTL logic levels.
