The ISL89160FRTBZ is a high-speed, dual-channel MOSFET driver with 6A peak output current, designed for synchronous rectifier, switch-mode power supply, and motor drive applications. It is packaged in an 8-lead 3x3 TDFN with an exposed thermal pad for improved heat dissipation and operates from a 4.5V to 16V supply. The device features a 5.0V CMOS-compatible logic input threshold, 20ns rise and fall times driving a 10nF load, and a thermal resistance of 3°C/W junction-to-case.
