The ISL89160FRTAZ is a high-speed, dual-channel MOSFET driver capable of 6A peak output current, designed for synchronous rectifier, switch mode power supply, and motor drive applications. The device features non-inverting 3.3V CMOS/TTL compatible logic inputs, with precision thresholds enabling RC-based dead time control.
