The ISL84522IB-T is a quad single-pole/single-throw (SPST) analog switch designed for low-voltage applications, operating from a single supply voltage of +2V to +12V or a dual supply of ¬±2V to ¬±6V. It features four normally open switches, making it suitable for various applications including battery-powered devices, communications systems, and audio/video switching. This device exhibits low power consumption of less than 1¬µW and low leakage currents, with a maximum of 1nA. The switching speeds are fast, with turn-on times of 45ns and turn-off times of 15ns. The on-resistance (RON) is specified at a maximum of 100Oc, ensuring minimal signal distortion. Additionally, the ISL84522IB-T provides excellent channel-to-channel matching with a maximum mismatch of 4Oc.
