The ISL78302AARMMZ-T7A is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed to provide two outputs of 300mA each. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low dropout voltage of approximately 230mV at full load. The device is characterized by a very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB at 1kHz and low output noise, typically 30µVRMS at 100µA output current. The quiescent current is notably low at 47µA when both LDOs are active, and the device can enter a shutdown mode, drawing less than 0.3µA when disabled. Each output has an individual enable pin and a power-on reset (POR) function, with the POR delay for the second output being externally programmable.
