The ISL78302AARMMZ-T7A is a dual low-dropout (LDO) voltage regulator from Quarktwin Technology Ltd., designed to provide two outputs of 300mA each. It operates within a wide input voltage range of 2.3V to 6.5V and features a low dropout voltage of approximately 230mV at full load. The device is characterized by a very high power supply rejection ratio (PSRR) of 90dB at 1kHz and low output noise, typically 30¬µVRMS at 100¬µA output current. The quiescent current is notably low at 47¬µA when both LDOs are active, and the device can enter a shutdown mode, drawing less than 0.3¬µA when disabled.
