Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL6620IRZ

The ISL6620IRZ is a synchronous rectified buck MOSFET driver in a 10-lead 3x3 mm DFN package, designed for VR11.1-compatible core voltage regulation in advanced microprocessors. It operates from a single 5V supply and drives both high-side and low-side N-Channel MOSFETs with 4A sink current capability on the low-side output. The device integrates adaptive shoot-through protection, diode emulation for enhanced light-load efficiency, and an internal bootstrap Schottky diode. It features VCC undervoltage protection, an enable input, and a power-on reset with a 3.8V rising threshold. The part is qualified for operation from -40°C to +85°C and is RoHS compliant with a Pb-free finish. The exposed thermal pad improves heat sinking, and the package complies with JEDEC MO-220 DFN standards.
