The ISL6620CRZ is a 10-lead 3mm x 3mm DFN package synchronous buck MOSFET driver designed for VR11.1 compatible core voltage regulation in advanced microprocessors. It operates with a 5V supply, drives both high-side and low-side N-Channel MOSFETs, and features adaptive shoot-through protection, diode emulation for improved light-load efficiency, and a 36V internal bootstrap Schottky diode. The device supports switching frequencies up to 4MHz, with a 4A sinking current capability and rise/fall times under 10ns for a 3nF load. It complies with JEDEC PUB95 MO-220 DFN standards and is RoHS compliant.
