The ISL6615AIBZ is a high-speed synchronous MOSFET driver optimized for efficient voltage regulation in applications such as core regulators for Intel® and AMD® microprocessors and high-frequency DC/DC converters. It is housed in an 8-lead SOIC package and operates over a junction temperature range of -40°C to +85°C. The device drives both high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs with a 6A typical sink current on the low-side gate driver and supports a switching frequency of up to 1MHz. Integrated features include adaptive zero shoot-through protection, pre-POR overvoltage protection, and a tri-state PWM input for safe shutdown. It operates with a PVCC supply range of 4.5V to 13.2V and includes an internal bootstrap Schottky diode. The part is RoHS compliant and meets the AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standard.
