The ISL6614ACBZ is a dual synchronous rectified buck MOSFET driver in a 14-lead SOIC package, designed for core voltage regulation in microprocessor applications. It drives both high-side and low-side MOSFETs with a 5V to 12V gate drive voltage, supports switching frequencies up to 1MHz, and integrates advanced adaptive zero shoot-through protection. The device features pre-POR overvoltage protection, three-state PWM input for shutdown control, and an internal bootstrap Schottky diode. It operates from 0°C to +85°C and is RoHS compliant.
