The ISL6613CRZ-T is a high-frequency gate driver designed for synchronous rectified buck converters, capable of driving both upper and lower N-channel MOSFETs. It features adjustable gate voltage ranging from 5V to 12V, allowing for optimization between gate charge and conduction losses. The driver supports high switching frequencies of up to 2MHz and provides a 3A sinking current capability, ensuring fast rise and fall times with low propagation delays. This product incorporates advanced adaptive zero shoot-through protection to prevent simultaneous conduction of the upper and lower MOSFETs, minimizing dead time. It also includes overvoltage protection, undervoltage protection, and over-temperature protection with a hysteresis of +42¬8C, enhancing reliability in various applications. The ISL6613CRZ-T is available in a compact 10-lead DFN package, which improves PCB efficiency and is RoHS compliant. It is suitable for core voltage regulation in Intel¬Æ and AMD¬Æ microprocessors, as well as high current DC/DC converters and high-efficiency VRM and VRD applications.
