The ISL6613BCR is a dual MOSFET driver designed for synchronous rectified buck converters, driving both high-side and low-side N-Channel MOSFETs. It is packaged in a 10-lead 3x3 mm dual flat no-leaded (DFN) package with an exposed bottom copper pad for enhanced thermal performance. The device supports PWM input frequencies up to 2 MHz, features adaptive zero shoot-through protection, and provides adjustable gate drive voltages from 5V to 12V for efficiency optimization. It includes pre-POR overvoltage protection, VCC undervoltage lockout, and a three-state PWM input for controlled shutdown. The ISL6613BCR is rated for an ambient temperature range of 0°C to 85°C and meets RoHS compliance with a Pb-free finish.
