The ISL6612CBZR5214 is a high-frequency MOSFET driver designed for synchronous rectified buck converter applications. It is capable of driving upper and lower N-Channel MOSFETs, making it suitable for core-voltage regulation in advanced microprocessors. The driver supports an adjustable gate voltage range from 5V to 12V, allowing optimization for efficiency based on specific application requirements. This driver features advanced adaptive zero shoot-through protection to prevent simultaneous conduction of the upper and lower MOSFETs, thereby minimizing dead time.
