The ISL6610IRZ-T is a dual synchronous rectified MOSFET driver optimized for high-efficiency voltage regulators in microprocessor core power supplies and high-frequency DC/DC converters. It is packaged in a 16-lead 4x4 mm QFN with an exposed thermal pad, compliant to JEDEC MO-220 QFN outline. The device operates from a single 5V supply and drives two independent half-bridge power stages with adaptive shoot-through protection. Each lower gate driver provides 4A typical sink current and a 0.4Ω on-resistance, enabling efficient gate charge removal during fast switching. An internal low forward voltage bootstrap diode eliminates external diodes, and the ISL6610A variant includes a 3Ω integrated bootstrap resistor to prevent overcharging. The part supports switching frequencies up to 1MHz with rise and fall times under 10ns on a 3nF load. It meets RoHS compliance with lead-free termination and is rated for -40°C to +85°C ambient operation.
