The ISL6610CBZ-T is a dual synchronous rectified MOSFET driver designed for high-efficiency buck converters, providing 4A sink current for the lower gate driver and supporting high switching frequencies with fast 8ns rise and 4ns fall times. It features adaptive shoot-through protection, an internal low-forward-drop bootstrap diode, and a 0.4Ω lower gate driver on-resistance. The part is packaged in a 14-lead SOIC with a 0.15mm lead pitch and is RoHS compliant with Pb-free plus anneal termination. It operates from a 5V supply with an ambient temperature range of 0°C to +70°C and is pin-compatible with the ISL6614. The device includes power-on reset and tri-state PWM input with an 80ns holdoff time to prevent negative output voltage transients during suspend mode.
