The ISL6610AIRZ-T is a dual synchronous rectified MOSFET driver designed for high-efficiency voltage regulators in multiphase buck converter topologies. It is packaged in a 16-lead 4x4 mm QFN package with an exposed thermal pad for improved heat dissipation. The device operates from a single 5V supply and features adaptive shoot-through protection, a low forward drop internal bootstrap diode, and a 4A sink current capability for the lower gate driver.
