Renesas Electronics Corporation ISL6610ACRZ-T

The ISL6610ACRZ-T is a dual synchronous rectified MOSFET driver designed for high-efficiency voltage regulators in synchronous buck converter topologies. It comes in a 16-lead 4mm × 4mm QFN package with an exposed thermal pad that must be soldered to the circuit ground for proper thermal performance. The device operates from a single 5V supply and drives two independent high-side and low-side N-channel MOSFETs with adaptive shoot-through protection. It features a 0.4Ω sink resistance for the lower gate driver and a 4A typical sink current capability, enabling effective gate hold-down during high dV/dt transients. The internal bootstrap diode with overcharge prevention and low forward voltage supports high switching frequencies. It is RoHS compliant, meets JEDEC MO-220 QFN package standards, and operates from -40°C to +85°C ambient temperature.
