The ISL6608CBZ-T is a synchronous rectified MOSFET driver in an 8-lead SOIC package, designed to drive high-side and low-side N-Channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck converter. It operates from a single 5V supply with a bias current of 80µA and supports switching frequencies up to 2MHz. The device includes adaptive shoot-through protection, a 4A sink current capability for the low-side driver, and an internal bootstrap Schottky diode. It features a three-state PWM input for controlled shutdown and diode emulation for improved light-load efficiency. The package is lead-free, compliant with RoHS, and certified to the JEDEC MO-220 standard. Power dissipation is rated for operation up to a 125°C junction temperature.
