The ISL6605 is a synchronous rectified MOSFET driver designed to control two N-Channel power MOSFETs in a buck converter topology, optimized for high-frequency core voltage regulation in microprocessor applications. It is available in an 8-lead SOIC package with dimensions compliant to JEDEC MS-012-AA, measuring 4.80mm to 5.00mm in length and 3.80mm to 4.00mm in width. The device operates with a 5V ±10% supply voltage, has a bias supply current of 30µA, and features adaptive shoot-through protection, a 4A sink current capability for the lower gate, and an internal bootstrap Schottky diode. It supports three-state PWM input for power stage shutdown and is RoHS compliant. The ISL6605CB-TS2495, as an orderable variant of the ISL6605CB, shares all electrical and functional specifications of the ISL6605CB series, differing only in packaging or marking.
