The ISL6571 is a complementary MOSFET driver designed for synchronous buck switching regulators, integrating gate drivers and control circuitry to replace discrete components in high-density power conversion applications. It is packaged in a 68-lead 10mm × 10mm QFN with a near chip-scale footprint, offering low thermal impedance and reduced parasitics. The device supports switching frequencies up to 1MHz, features adaptive shoot-through protection for optimal deadtime, and is compatible with three-state PWM input control. It operates from 0°C to 70°C and meets JEDEC PUB95 MO-220 and RoHS compliance standards. The ISL6571CR-T variant is a tape-and-reel version of the ISL6571CR, with the same electrical and physical characteristics.
