The ISL6545CBZ is a single synchronous buck pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller designed for DC/DC step-down conversion. The device features a fixed frequency oscillator operating at 300kHz, simplifying design while maintaining efficiency. This controller integrates essential functions such as control, gate drivers, output adjustment, monitoring, and protection into a compact 8-lead SOIC package.
