The ISL6527IBZ is a single synchronous buck pulse-width modulation (PWM) controller designed for DC/DC step-down converters. It operates with input voltages ranging from 3.3V to 5V and is capable of driving N-Channel MOSFETs in a synchronous buck topology. The device integrates control, output adjustment, monitoring, and protection functions into a compact package, simplifying design and enhancing efficiency. This controller features a voltage-mode control with a fast transient response, supported by a high bandwidth error amplifier with a gain-bandwidth product of 15MHz and a slew rate of 6V/µs.
