The ISL6402AIRZ-T is a high-performance voltage regulator designed for step-down (buck) applications, featuring dual out-of-phase PWM controllers and a linear regulator. The device operates at a switching frequency of 1.4MHz, which helps reduce the required input capacitance and minimizes power supply-induced loads.
