The ISL6401CBZ is a low power, adjustable frequency pulse width modulating (PWM) current mode controller designed for various DC/DC conversion applications, including boost and flyback configurations. This device features an integrated inverter for negative voltage regulation, internal soft-start to minimize startup stress, and peak current mode control for effective handling of ring trip transients and overcurrent protection.
